Mobile ticketing is the most convenient way to manage your tickets and parking (if applicable), including easy ways to send, sell and receive tickets.

Please follow the step-by-step instructions below to manage your tickets, retrieve your tickets, transfer your tickets, accept tickets and for instructions on how to download the FLA Live! app. You can access your tickets and parking (if applicable) in different ways, which is through the FLA Live! app via Android device HERE or iOS device HERE or web browser at FloridaPanthers.com/AccountManager.

Mobile Ticketing How To

Download the FLA Live! app from the iOS or Android store. Click the "My Tickets" tile from the home screen.

Click 'Sign in to Florida Panthers.'

*Authorize 'Panthers' to sign in to Ticketmaster by selecting 'Continue.'

*Please proceed to Step 4 if you are not prompted to authorize.

Enter your email and password associated with your Florida Panthers account.

Click on Event to be Managed.

Click 'View Barcode.'

Present phone with active barcode upon entry to FLA Live Arena.

Accessing Your Tickets On Your Smartphone Or Mobile Device

  • Download the FLA Live! app on your mobile device, through the iOS App Store or Google Play store
  • Scroll down to the middle of the home page and click "Account Manager" tile
  • Sign in to your Florida Panthers Account Manager using your email address and password
  • Download the FLA Live! app on your mobile device, through the iOS App Store or Google Play store
  • Scroll down to the middle of the home page and click "Account Manager" tile
  • Sign in to your Florida Panthers Account Manager using your email address and password
  • Click on the event you wish to manage
  • Click "View Barcode" and swipe to access all tickets
  • Present the active barcode to scan into FLA Live Arena
  • Select "Add to Apple Wallet" for iOS users or "Save to phone" for Android users for easy access
  • Your Tickets and Parking (if applicable) will appear separately under the event you select to manage

  • Download the FLA Live! app on your mobile device, through the iOS App Store or Google Play store
  • Scroll down to the middle of the home page and click "Account Manager" tile
  • Sign in to your Florida Panthers Account Manager using your email address and password
  • Click on the event you wish to manage
  • Select "Send" button located in the bottom left hand corner
  • Select the seats you wish to send and click "Send Tickets"
  • Choose "MESSAGE" or "MAIL" to send your tickets
  • TEXT (Message): Enter the phone number of the recipient into the "To" field and click the send button
  • E-MAIL (Mail): Enter the email address of the recipient into the "To" field, add a subject line and click send
  • Once your transfer request has been sent, the recipient must sign in or create a Florida Panthers account by clicking the link sent in an email or text
  • Your ticket will be indicated as "Sent" in your Florida Panthers Account Manager. When your recipient accepts the tickets, the status will change to "Claimed"

  • There are TWO ways to accept a ticket transfer, by TEXT or by EMAIL
  • Click on the link received by TEXT or EMAIL from sender
  • Sign in to your Florida Panthers Account Manager using your email address and password
    • Don't have an account? Select the "Click Here" option at bottom of the page
  • Once signed in, click "Claim" 
  • To view a ticket barcode, click "View Barcode"
  • Select "Add to Apple Wallet" for iOS users or "Save to phone" for Android users to easy access

  • Download the FLA Live! app on your mobile device, through the iOS App Store or Google Play store
  • Scroll down to the middle of the home page and click "Account Manager" tile
  • Sign in to your Florida Panthers Account Manager using your email address and password
  • Click on the event you wish to manage
  • Select "Sell" located in the bottom right hand corner
  • Select the seats that you wish to sell
  • Select "Set Price" in bottom right corner
  • Choose "Payment" for how you wish to be paid for the ticket
  • Choose your payment method and follow the prompts for account credit or direct deposit
  • Agree to the terms and click "Submit Listing"
  • On the confirmation page, click "Manage More Tickets" to return to the calendar or "Home" to return to the home page

Mobile Ticketing gives you access to enter the arena without the need of a physical, paper ticket. No more worries about losing a ticket or realizing you left your ticket at home. You can now use your mobile device to access your Florida Panthers Account Manager. Download the FLA Live! app for free on the iOS App Store or Google Play. You will also be able to access Account Manager via the browser on your smartphone at FloridaPanthers.com/AccountManager.

You can also manage your tickets by logging into FloridaPanthers.com/AccountManager. Your username is your email address. (If it is your first time logging in, you will need to select "Forgot Your Password" to have a temporary password sent to you.)

Mobile ticketing is the safest, most convenient and flexible way to receive and manage tickets. You are probably already using your smartphone to attend movies or when you travel, so why not for live events? Mobile tickets provide:

  • Quick and easy entry to the arena using your smartphone
  • The ability to manage, transfer or sell your tickets at any time
  • Reduced risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit or forgotten tickets
  • An easy way to go green by printing less paper

Click 'Forgot Password?' and enter the email address associated with your account. Check your email to reset your password.

The Florida Panthers and FLA Live Arena are committed to providing a secure and convenient ticketing experience. A mobile ticket reduces the risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit or forgotten tickets. Therefore, ticket printing is no longer an option.

Yes. If the recipient has an account already, they will be able to receive their tickets through Florida Panthers Account Manager. If not, the recipient, will need to create a Florida Panthers Account to accept the tickets. You can create an account at FloridaPanthers.com/AccountManager or download the FLA Live! app HERE

As long as the tickets have not been accepted by the recipient, you can cancel a transfer.

Click on the EMAIL or TEXT received to "Accept" the transfer. Sign in to your Florida Panthers Account Manager or create a new account.

Yes. Once you select your event, you will be able to swipe left and right through the available tickets. We encourage you to send a ticket to each person in your group so that they may easily travel throughout the arena.

We strongly recommend that you transfer each individual attendee their ticket through Account Manager prior to arriving at FLA Live Arena.

You can list your ticket for sale through your Florida Panthers Account Manager on NHL Ticket Exchange. Please refer to the steps listed above under "Sell Mobile Tickets" or contact your Membership Services Representative.

Screenshots of tickets will not be accepted. Our mobile tickets include an animation to ensure that your tickets are verified. Mobile tickets must be presented within the FLA Live! app, the mobile website, or within your smartphone's wallet.

We encourage you to download your tickets to your smartphone before heading to the game and store them in the wallet on your smartphone. If your tickets are on a mobile web browser, avoid clearing out your browser history until after the event.
