GAMEDAY MATERIALS / GAMEDAY MEDIA KIT

All game notes and statistics pertaining to the upcoming games will be available digitally prior to and during each game. Digital statistics will be available after the game. The digital Panthers Gameday Media Kit will be available at FloridaPanthers.com/Gameday. The media kit will include daily game notes, stats as well as lineup sheets for home games prior to puck drop.

WORKING MEDIA CREDENTIALS

Playoff Credentials will be issued for actively working media at a verified outlet only or for media with an unaffiliated outlet where the team feels credentialed access is needed for coverage.

Please fill out this form to request accreditation for Round One of the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Approved media will receive email correspondence from Veronica Lempicki ([email protected]) to confirm. 

All credentials are issued at the discretion of the Florida Panthers Hockey Club. 

Credentials must be picked up prior to attendance of Game 1 at Amerant Bank Arena. Your credential will be valid for the duration of Round One. Credential must be worn and visible at all times to attend practices, morning skates and games.

Press Box access is restricted to credentialed working media members only. Family, friends and guests will NOT BE PERMITTED in the press box during the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Additionally, media members are prohibited from using credentials to gain access to non-approved ticketed events and non-press areas of the Amerant Bank Arena. Violation of these policies will result in revocation of credentials for the remainder of the postseason. No exceptions.

No member of the Media may use a cell phone at any time in team dressing rooms to place a call or take photographs. 

Please be advised that there will be no media comp tickets available for the 2024 Stanley Cup Playoffs.

PHOTOGRAPHY PASS HOLDERS

Credentialed still photographers will shoot from Section 117 & from the holes in the glass. Specific shooting locations will be assigned on nightly basis for playoffs. Shooting areas outside of the assigned position without permission of the PR staff can result in a change in credentialed status.

RIGHTSHOLDER PASS HOLDERS

Rightsholder passes will be issues to team rightsholders for game day media operations.

Please note that in-game host or shooting positions for club staff and rightsholders must be requested and approved by Panthers PR staff at least 24 hours prior to puck drop. 

PANTHERS VIDEO SHARE

Credentialed media will have access to the daily drop on Panthers Video Share. This is available at FloridaPanthers.com/pressbox. The video share will include b-roll from Panthers practices, games, community events and more as well as interview recordings with players, coaches and management staff. Please attribute Panthers Vision when using this footage in media coverage or attributing interviews viewed and used from the share. 

PRESS ENTRANCE

The press entrance is located at the northwest corner of the Amerant Bank Arena, just to the left of the arena's loading docks. It will open an hour and a half before the start of each game & close 30 minutes after the game begins. After initial pick up, press credentials or prior RSVP will be required for building entry. 

PRESS BOX ACCESS

To access the Press Box, please exit the Press Lounge or right after entering the Media Entrance and proceed approximately 40 yards to the press express elevator, which will be on the right. Take the press express elevator to the Sky View Level, which will open directly into the Press Box. Credential will be required to enter press level- no exceptions. 

PLAYER INTERVIEW ACCESS

Credentialed media will have access to approved media locations throughout the duration of the 2023-24 postseason. Approved Media Locations are subject to change. 

When Locker Room access is given, a reminder that no live streaming is permitted at any time from within the locker room space. Credentialed media members are anticipated to adhere to a professional and journalistic code of conduct while in the locker room space, additionally adhering to all NHL policies. 

Following the conclusion of each NHL practice and game, the Panthers will make a representative number of key Players and the Head Coach available for interviews.

MEDIA PARKING

Parking is available for all credentialed media at Panthers home games at Amerant Bank Arena. Production lot access for the First Round of the 2024 Stanley Cup Playoffs will be granted on a listed, game-by-game basis. A 2023-24 parking pass will not guarantee production lot access. Overflow parking for the 2024 Stanley Cup Playoffs will be accommodated on the media ‘Hill’. 

PRESS MEALS

Upon receiving your credential from a Panthers communications representative at the press will-call, each member of the media may proceed to the Press Lounge. Meals may be purchased after signing in with Press Room food service staff. 

INTERNATIONAL MEDIA ACCESS

To receive credential access for international outlets or groups covering the NHL for the first time, please first contact Dave Keon at [email protected] for prior approval.

LIVE SHOT POLICIES FOR TV AND RIGHTSHOLDERS

Please arrange live shots prior to gameday with Panthers PR staff. Should you be in building during game presentation rehearsals before the game begins, video recordings and photos of the ice and scoreboard are PROHIBTED.

Publix Plaza 

From 12 p.m.-one hour prior to puck drop: 

  • 127 ADA Stage 
  • 109 Stage 

From 12 p.m.-11:30 p.m.:

  • Coors Light Cold Zone 
  • Pantherland 

Live shots without prior arrangement or RSVP cannot be guaranteed.

Failure to comply with any of the above regulations can result in a change of credentialed status.

PODCAST POLICY 

If you are looking to record a podcast or other such video (NON-TV, Non Rightsholder) please reach out to Panthers PR to clear a location and time 48 hours prior to gameday.
