CHEQ will deliver a full end-to-end payment platform for fans at Amerant Bank Arena, including self-service kiosks, mobile ordering, and express payment options that enhance the gameday experience.
Step 1: Download the Florida Panthers App from the IOS or Android store.
Step 2: Open the App, tap the “Gameday” tab and then “Mobile Ordering”.
Step 3: Find the concession stand nearest to you.
Step 4: View the menu and add Item(s) to your cart.
Step 5: Tap “View Cart “and then “Place Order”.
Step 6: Choose the tip option and fill out your contact information.
Step 7: Tap “Continue to Payment”. Add a card or check out using Apple Pay or Google Wallet.
Step 8: An order confirmation screen will appear after payment completion. A confirmation text will also be sent to the number provided.
Step 9: When you receive the text notification that your order is ready, pick up at the designated section area. Provide staff with your order number and enjoy!
