Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

ELIGIBILITY: The Avis Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Avis (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of Florida over 21 years old (“Eligible Person”). Employees and officers of Sponsor, Avis Budget Car Rental. LLC, and each of their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities, advertising agencies, authorized dealers, promotional suppliers, prize providers (each of the aforementioned entities collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited.
HOW TO ENTER: Each Eligible Person is limited to one (1) entry and may enter only by submitting the entry form to be distributed via Sponsor’s official social media accounts, in-game promotions, e-newsletter, official website, or provided here https://tradablebits.com/tb_app/539333

The Sweepstakes shall commence on February 16, 2026, at 10AM Eastern Standard Time, and the deadline for the Florida Panthers, Arena, etc. Marketing Department to receive all digital entries for the Sweepstakes is March 16th, 2026, at 11:59PM Eastern Standard Time (“Sweepstakes Time Period”). No entries will be accepted after such time.

ODDS OF WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE: Three (1) winners (“Winners”) will be selected from a random drawing of all eligible entries received to receive a USA Matthew Tkachuk Jersey, Playstation 5 Console with one (1) Copy of NHL 26, and one (1) Free seven (7) free rental days. (“Prize”) to be [mailed to the Winner’s home address] or [to be picked up at the sports and entertainment facility currently known as Amerant Bank Arena (“Facility”), located at One Panther Parkway, Sunrise, Florida 33323.] The fair market value of the Prizes is [$1,0000] USD. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Time Period.
1. Terms and Conditions for the Free Seven (7) Day Avis Rental:
  1. This certificate entitles the bearer to one day’s daily time and mileage charges, on an intermediate (group C) through a full-size four-door (group E) car. A redemption fee may apply. Taxes, concession recovery fees, vehicle license recovery fee and customer facility charges may apply and are extra. Optional products such as LDW and refueling are extra. Offer valid at participating Avis locations in the U.S. (excluding the NY Metro area), Canada, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. Offer subject to vehicle availability at time of reservation and may not be available on some rates at some times, including some online rates at Avis.com. Cars must be returned to renting location. An advance reservation is required. May not be used in conjunction with any other coupon, promotion or offer. Certificates have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged or returned and are non-refundable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Altered or copied certificates are void and will not be honored. Avis reserves the right to alter terms and conditions and use of certificates. Certificates must be surrendered at the time of rental, one certificate per rental. Certificates cannot be applied to completed rentals . Holiday and other blackout periods may apply. If a rental begins during a blackout period, the whole rental is blacked out and does not qualify for use of a Certificate. Days off coupons presented/entered during reservation are calculated at time of reservation. Renter must meet Avis age, driver and credit requirements. Minimum age may vary by location. An additional daily surcharge may apply for renters under 25 years old. Rental must begin on or before 12/31/26.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner shall be contacted on or after November March 17th, 2026. Instructions for receiving the Prize will be [sent to the e-mail address or phone number supplied on entry]. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her e-mail account and/or phone number provided for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this Sweepstakes. Winner may be required to provide a valid photo ID to Sponsor to confirm Winner’s age. If Winner is underage or if Sponsor is unable to verify Winner’s age, Winner will be deemed ineligible, and the Prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. If Winner cannot be reached by the Sponsor within one (1) day or if the Prize is returned as undeliverable, Winner may be considered to have forfeited the Prize, and the Prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, who will be selected from a random drawing of all remaining eligible entries. Upon the request of the Sponsor, Winner may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Prize Acceptance Form, IRS W-9 form, a liability release, and (where legal) a publicity release, all of which must be returned within the time period specified within such materials. Should a potential winner fail to comply with any such requirements, that potential winner may be disqualified by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and Sponsor may then select an alternate winner.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor or the other Sweepstakes Entities in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate federal or state court located in Broward County, Florida, and entrants hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

ACCEPTABLE CONDUCT: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual suspected of tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND COSTS (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate registration or entry information, or for any faulty, failed, garbled or jumbled electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet, the Application (if applicable), or any combination thereof; or (e) any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person's computer or cell phone which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download any materials in the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In the event of cancellation, a random drawing will be conducted to award the prizes from all eligible entries received prior to cancellation.
RELEASES: All entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agree to release the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective successors, owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, members, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with: accessing the internet; submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes; the receipt, ownership, or use of the Prize awarded; preparing for, participating in, attending, or traveling to and/or from any prize-related activity; or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any prize. The Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their Prize after it has been delivered. The Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, safety, or performance of the Prize.

By accepting the Prize, Winner agrees for him or herself and for his or her heirs, executors, and administrators to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective equity holders, successors, owners, general and limited partners, officers, shareholders, members, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs, or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury, and/or death, arising out of (i) participating in this Sweepstakes, (ii) the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize, (iii) preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to or from any Prize-related activity, (iv) claims based on rights of publicity, rights of privacy, or defamation, or (v) Prize delivery.

PUBLICITY: By participating, all entrants agree to allow the Sweepstakes Entities to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
USE OF INFORMATION: Personally identifiable information that is submitted by entrants as part of this Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, select the Winner, and fulfill the Prize. Personally identifiable information may be used for communications if the entrant actively opts in to receive such communications at the time of entry. Verizon Small Business of the Month Sweepstakes

The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of Florida over 18 years old (“Eligible Person”). Employees and officers of Sponsor, Verizon, and each of their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities, advertising agencies, authorized dealers, promotional suppliers, prize providers (each of the aforementioned entities collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes shall commence on April 16th, 2026, at 12:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, and the deadline for the Florida Panthers Marketing Department to receive all digital entries for the Sweepstakes is April 1st, 2026, at 11:59 p.m., Eastern Standard Time (“Sweepstakes Time Period”). No entries will be accepted after such time.

3. ODDS OF WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE: Seven (7) winners (“Winners”) will be selected by committee decision from all eligible entries received to receive Marketing Assets (“Prize”)from Florida Panthers Corporate Partnerships department. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Time Period.

4. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner shall be contacted on or after October 1, 2025. Instructions for receiving the Prize will be sent to the e-mail address or phone number supplied on entry. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her e-mail account and phone number for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this Sweepstakes. Winner may be required to provide a valid photo ID to Sponsor to confirm Winner’s age. February 2026 Florida Panthers Ticket Giveaway

ELIGIBILITY: The [February] 2026] Florida Panthers Ticket Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by the Florida Panthers Hockey Club Ltd. (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of Florida over 18 years old. Employees and officers of Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, authorized dealers, promotional suppliers, prize providers and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win. The fair market value of the Prize is $150.00. Redemption of the Prize identified shall be subject to the terms and conditions thereon.

All other expenses on the receipt and use of Prize not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of the Winner. Sweepstakes Prize Description

The Winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected to receive the “Vacation Package” which shall consist of the following:

One (1) four (4) or five (5)-night Disney Cruise Line vacation for Winner and up to three (3) persons, to be taken aboard the Disney Destiny. The Vacation Package is subject to the conditions set forth below.

Winner shall receive:

One (1) stateroom aboard the Disney Destiny (location/category at the discretion of Disney) with a maximum occupancy Four (4) people;
Parking for one (1) vehicle at Port Everglades;

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Vacation Package is $9,283.76, which includes Taxes, Fees, and Port Expenses (as defined on the Disney Cruise Line website). The actual value of the Vacation Package may vary depending on point of departure and fluctuations of rates and airfares (if applicable). If the actual value of the Vacation Package is less than stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded.

Please Note Restriction for the Vacation Package:

Travel for the Vacation Package must be booked at least forty-five (45) days prior to the intended travel dates and must occur from April 4, 2026 to April 4, 2027. If travel is not completed by April 4, 2027, the Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked except in Disney’s sole discretion. Block-out dates may apply. Vacation Package components may not be sold, traded, transferred, or Vacation Package is not redeemable for cash. Vacation Package is non-commissionable.
Vacation Package is for the Winner and up to three (3) guest(s) of the Winner’s choosing. Once selected by the Winner, guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Disney, which may be withheld for any If Winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of guests, the Vacation Package will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute Vacation Package or compensation provided to the Winner.
If Vacation Package includes airfare, the Winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary, and air transportation must be round-trip from/to the departure airport (with possible layovers). Actual value of the Prize awarded depends on a number of factors, including booking and travel dates and the number of travelers, and therefore may be lower or higher than the estimated value at the time it is fulfilled. If the actual value of the Prize is less than the stated estimated value, the difference will not be awarded. The Winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the Vacation Package that any participant(s) is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Vacation Package will be forfeited.
No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight or cruise (as applicable). Disney is not liable, including for any costs or expenses, if any component of the Vacation Package is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and Winner will not be reimbursed, and no substitution will be provided except as in Disney’s sole discretion.
The Winner and each guest will be required to execute a liability/publicity release and waiver form prior to booking of any The Winner and each guest will also be required to sign the Disney Cruise Line cruise contract before embarkation (the “Cruise Contract”). In the event the Winner and/or guest(s) engage in behavior that, as determined by Disney in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Disney’s health and safety protocols, rules or policies in effect at the time of the Vacation Package, Disney reserves the right to terminate the Vacation Package or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Winner and/or guest(s) home with no further compensation. The Winner acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of any member of the group.
Disney, its parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the Prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the Prize and/or the
Minors under the age of eighteen (18) not traveling with a parent or legal guardian must be accompanied by an adult over the age of twenty-one (21) in the same stateroom. The parent or guardian of any minor not traveling with a parent or guardian must appoint an adult to have custody and control over their minor and to contract on their behalf in connection with the Vacation Package. An appointment form will be included in the document package and must be signed by parent or legal guardian prior to embarkation at the Disney Cruise Line terminal.
Vacation Package is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, being provided by Disney.
Vacation Package fulfillment is subject to restrictions. Failure to accept the Vacation Package within the indicated time period may result in forfeiture.
Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of the Vacation Package, if valued at $600 or The Vacation Package may be subject to applicable withholding requirements. The Sandals Resorts Accommodations

Terms and Conditions

Sandals Resorts is an all-inclusive Caribbean resort for adults.
Prizewinner and travel companion must be 18 years of age or older.
The Sandals Prize will include luxurious accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy in a Luxury Category Room, all meals, unlimited Premium Liquors, daily & nightly entertainment, an array of land and water sports activities, including daily Scuba diving (for certified divers), snorkeling, Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas, resort gratuities, resort taxes, and Sandals Resorts transfers to and from the selected or designated airport (“Sandals Resorts Accommodations”)
“Exclusions” car rental, personal charges, incidentals, telephone calls, Premium Wi-Fi, Red Lane® Spa treatments and services, specialty dining, tours & excursions, inter-island transportation, SCUBA certification courses, room services, meals outside of the selected or designated resort, island departure taxes, purchases made at the Sandals Specialty or Gift Shops, baggage fees, customs duties, and travel insurance are not included.
The accommodations portion of the Sandals Resorts Prize Package will be issued in the form of a prize certificate (“Prize Certificate”) outlining the terms and conditions of the accommodations and redemption procedures.
The Sandals Resorts Prize Package must be redeemed for travel within one (1) year between June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027 (the “Redemption Period”) and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No extension will be given after the Redemption Period has expired. If the Sandals Resorts Prize Package is not redeemed, the Sandals Resorts Prize Package will be forfeited.
The accommodations portion of the Sandals Resorts Prize Package is subject to space availability and selected blackout dates. Reservations will not be confirmed until 30 days prior to the selected travel date. Confirmation of travel dates will only be provided 30 days prior to the departure date.
Any federal, state and/or local taxes applicable to the Sandals Resorts Prize Package will be the prizewinner’s responsibility to pay. The Prizewinner will receive from Panthers or its designee an IRS Form 1099 (or similar) in the amount of the Sandals Prize.
Substitution of Resort: Unique Travel Corp - the Sandals Resorts Prize Package Provider and/or Sandals Resorts each reserves the right to substitute the selected resort for another resort in the resort’s chain in a similar category, and to change dates without prior notice for any circumstance(s) beyond the resort’s control based upon availability for the secured travel dates. The terms and conditions agreed to shall apply with equal applicability to any resort which is the subject of substitution or deviation. Neither Unique Travel Corp nor Sandals Resorts shall be liable for any claim made whatsoever, including but not limited to loss, compensation, or refund by reason of such substitution or deviation.
Compliance with Government Entities: Unique Travel Corp, its affiliates, and parent as well as Sandals Resorts and/or Sandals Resorts related entities shall have the right to comply with any and all orders, recommendations, or directions whatsoever given by any government entity or by persons purporting to act with such authority, and such compliance shall not be deemed a breach of the Agreement or any agreement entitling the guests to assert any claim for liability, compensation or refund.
Health and Safety: Sandals Resorts reserves the right to implement or modify health protocols, policies and procedures at any time as needed, in keeping with public health guidance and applicable law.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: ACCEPTANANCE OF THE SANDALS RESORTS PRIZE PACKAGE PROVIDES FOR THE EXCLUSIVE RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES THROUGH INDIVIDUAL LEGAL ACTION AND SUPERSEDES ANY LAW ENTITLING GUEST TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. Upon the request of the Sponsor, Winner may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Prize Acceptance Form, IRS W-9 form, a liability release, and (where legal) a publicity release, all of which must be returned within the time period specified within such materials. Should a potential winner fail to comply with any such requirements, that potential winner may be disqualified by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and Sponsor may then select an alternate winner.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor or the other Sweepstakes Entities in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate federal or state court located in Broward County, Florida, and entrants hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Prize will only be awarded and delivered to addresses within the State of Florida. Except as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, no substitution of Prize is offered, no transfer of Prize to a third party is permitted, and Prize may not be redeemed for cash value. Winner will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes arising in connection with the Prize. All other expenses on the receipt and use of Prize not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of the Winner. Any portion of Prize not accepted by Winner will be awarded to a substitute winner in accordance with Section 4 above. In no event will Sponsor be liable to award more than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules.

ACCEPTABLE CONDUCT: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual suspected of tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND COSTS (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate registration or entry information, or for any faulty, failed, garbled or jumbled electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet, the Application (if applicable), or any combination thereof; or (e) any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person's computer or cell phone which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download any materials in the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In the event of cancellation, a random drawing will be conducted to award the prizes from all eligible entries received prior to cancellation.

RELEASES: All entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agree to release the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective successors, owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, members, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with: accessing the internet; submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes; the receipt, ownership, or use of the Prize awarded; preparing for, participating in, attending, or traveling to and/or from any prize-related activity; or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any prize. The Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their Prize after it has been delivered. The Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, safety, or performance of the Prize.

By accepting the Prize, Winner agrees for him or herself and for his or her heirs, executors, and administrators to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective equity holders, successors, owners, general and limited partners, officers, shareholders, members, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs, or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury, and/or death, arising out of (i) participating in this Sweepstakes, (ii) the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize, (iii) preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to or from any Prize-related activity, (iv) claims based on rights of publicity, rights of privacy, or defamation, or (v) Prize delivery.

PUBLICITY: By participating, all entrants agree to allow the Sweepstakes Entities to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

USE OF INFORMATION*: Personally identifiable information that is submitted by entrants, as part of this Sweepstakes will be solely used to administer the Sweepstakes, select the Winner, and fulfill the Prize, unless the entrant actively opts in to receive marketing communications.
