Introduction

The Florida Panthers Kids Club Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Florida Panthers Hockey Club, Ltd. (“Sponsor”). The Sponsor invites Florida Panthers fans who are 14 years-of-age or younger and members of the Florida Panthers Kids Club to participate; provided a Parent or Legal Guardian (defined below) performs any and all activities contemplated hereunder on behalf of such fans, including, but not limited to, submitting the Entry Form (defined below) and accepting and complying with these Official Rules. 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Eligibility

Participation in the Sweepstakes is limited to children who: (i) are legal residents of the State of Florida, (ii) are 14 years-of-age or younger as of the Start Date (defined below), (iii) are members of the Florida Panthers Kids Club and (iv) have obtained the permission of at least one (1) parent and/or legal guardian who is at least 18 years-of-age and a legal resident of the State of Florida as of the Start Date (“Parent(s) or Legal Guardian(s)”), such Parent or Legal Guardian who shall perform any and all activities contemplated hereunder on behalf of his/her respective eligible entrant, including, but not limited to, submitting the Entry Form and accepting and complying with these Official Rules. Employees and officers of Sponsor and Sponsor’s parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, advertising agencies, authorized dealers, promotional suppliers, prize providers (each of the aforementioned entities collectively, with Sponsor, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win.

Time Period

The Sweepstakes commences on April 15th, 2026 at 12:00PM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) (“Start Date”) and ends on April 30th, 2026 (“End Date”) at 12:00PM EST. The time period commencing on the Start Date and ending on the End Date is hereinafter known as the “Sweepstakes Time Period”.

Method of Entry

Each eligible entrant is limited to one (1) entry and may enter only by: 1. Submitting the entry form to be distributed by Sponsor on the Start Date via e-mail to Parent or Legal Guardian at the e-mail address provided to Sponsor during registration for the Florida Panthers Kids Club; or2. Mailing a 4” x 6” card to Florida Panthers Foundation, Amerant Bank Arena, 1 Panther Parkway, Sunrise, FL, 33323 with the following information:

a. First and last name of eligible entrant

b. Date of birth of eligible entrant

c. First and last name of Parent or Legal Guardian

d. Date of birth of Parent or Legal Guardian

e. E-mail of Parent or Legal Guardian

f. Phone number of Parent or Legal Guardian

g. The following statement: “Please accept this card as entry, on behalf of my child, to the 2025/2026 Florida Panthers Kids Club Sweepstakes.” For the avoidance of doubt, the deadline to enter the Sweepstakes is on the End Date at 12:00PM, and no entries will be/ accepted after such time.

Prize and Odds

Three (3) winners (“Winner”) will be selected from a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Time Period to be conducted by Sponsor on or about the End Date to win one (1) Bobrovsky Signed Puck to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (“Prize”). The fair market value of the Prize is $50.00 USD. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Time Period. Prize will only be awarded and delivered to addresses within the State of Florida. Except as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, no substitution of prizes is offered, no transfer of prizes to a third party is permitted, and prizes may not be redeemed for cash value. Winner shall be responsible for all food and beverage, transportation, parking, and/or other ancillary costs associated with the prize he/she wins, and use of the prize by him/her shall at all times be subject to applicable Sponsor regulations and policies, as either exists now, may be amended from time to time, or may arise hereafter. Winner will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes arising in connection with the prize he/she wins. All other expenses on the receipt and use of the prizes not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of the Winner. Any portion of the Prize not accepted by the Winner will be awarded to an alternate winner in accordance with the section entitled “Winner Selection and Notification” below. In no event will Sponsor be liable to award more than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winner shall be announced on or about the End Date. Winner will be notified that he/she is the Winner via e-mail and/or phone number at the e-mail address or phone number of the Winner’s Parent or Legal Guardian supplied during registration for the Florida Panthers Kids Club and/or on entry. Each Parent or Legal Guardian is responsible for monitoring his/her e-mail and phone for such notification, instructions to claim the Prize, and any other communications related to this Sweepstakes. If the Parent or Legal Guardian cannot be reached by the Sponsor within two (2) days or if the Prize is returned as undeliverable, the Winner shall forfeit the prize and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Upon the request of the Sponsor, the Parent orLegal Guardian of Winner (or, if applicable, alternate winner) may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Prize Acceptance Form, IRS W-9 form, a liability release, and (where legal) a publicity release, all of which must be returned within the time period specified within such materials. Should the Winner (or, if applicable, alternate winner) fail to comply with any such requirements, that Winner (or, if applicable, alternate winner) may be disqualified by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and Sponsor may then select an (or, if applicable, another) alternate winner.

Acceptable Conduct

By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserve the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual suspected of tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND COSTS (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitations of Liability

The Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate registration or entry information, or for any faulty, failed, garbled or jumbled electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet, the Application (if applicable), or any combination thereof; or (e) any injury or damage to any participant's or to any other person's computer or cell phone which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download any materials in the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In the event of cancellation, a random drawing will be conducted to award the Prize from all eligible entries received prior to cancellation.

Releases

The Parent or Legal guardian of each eligible entrant agrees on behalf of his/her respective eligible entrant, as a condition of entry of into the Sweepstakes, and for him/herself to release the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with: accessing the internet; submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes; the receipt, ownership or use of the Prize awarded; preparing for, participating in, attending or traveling to and/or from any Prize-related activity; or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of the Prize awarded. The Parent or Legal guardian of the Winner acknowledges and agrees on behalf of the Winner that the Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the Prize after it has been delivered. The Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, quality, safety or performance of the Prize. By accepting the Prize, the Parent or Legal Guardian of the Winner agrees on behalf of the Winner and for him/herself and for each of their respective heirs, executors and administrators to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective successors, owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, members, directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives from and against any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of (i) participating in this Sweepstakes, (ii) the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize, (iii) preparing for, participating in and/or traveling to or from any Prize-related activity, (iv) claims based on rights of publicity, rights of privacy, defamation, or (v) Prize delivery.

Use of Information

Personally identifiable information that is submitted by a Parents or Legal Guardians on behalf of eligible entrants as part of this Sweepstakes will be solely used to administer the Sweepstakes, select the Winner, and fulfill the Prizes, unless a Parent or Legal Guardian, on behalf of an eligible entrant, actively opts in to receive marketing communications.

Interpretation/Choice of Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sweepstakes Entities in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate federal or state court located in Broward County, Florida, and Parents or Legal Guardians, on behalf of their respective eligible entrants hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Panthers PE Floorball Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Florida Panthers Hockey Club, Ltd. (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of Florida who are at least 18 years old (each an “Eligible Person” and, collectively, the “Eligible Persons”). Employees and officers of Sponsor and Sponsor’s parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related entities, advertising agencies, authorized dealers, promotional suppliers, prize providers, (each of the aforementioned entities collectively, with Sponsor, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited. 

2. HOW TO ENTER: Each Eligible Person is limited to one (1) entry throughout the Sweepstakes Time Period and may enter only by submitting a PE Curriculum Form. The Eligible Person must submit their entry via the survey form to be distributed via Sponsor email or provided here: ENTRY LINK . 

The Sweepstakes shall commence on September 1, 2025, and the deadline for Sponsor to receive all digital entries for the Sweepstakes is May 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (“Sweepstakes Time Period”). No entries will be accepted after such time. 

3. PRIZE AND ODDS: Following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Time Period, Sponsor shall select fifty (50) Eligible Persons (collectively the “Winners”, and each one a “Winner”) from a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Time Period to each receive one (1) autographed photo of a Florida Panthers player with the exact player to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (“Prize”). The fair market value of each Prize is approximately $1,500.00. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Time Period. 

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Winner shall be reached on or after May 31, 2026, and instructions for receiving the Prize will be sent to each Winner via the email account supplied on the entry form. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her email for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this Sweepstakes. If Winner cannot be reached by the Sponsor within one (1) day or if the Prize is returned as undeliverable, Winner shall forfeit the Prize and such Prize will be awarded to an alternate winner, who will be selected from a random drawing of all remaining eligible entries. Upon the request of the Sponsor, Winner may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Prize Acceptance Form, IRS W-9 form, a liability release, and (where legal) a publicity release, all of which must be returned within the time period specified within such materials. Should the potential winner fail to comply with any such requirements, that potential winner may be disqualified by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and Sponsor may then select an alternate winner. 

5. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sweepstakes Entities in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be 

governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By accepting the Prize, Winner agrees for him or herself and for his or her heirs, executors, and administrators to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their respective equity holders, successors, owners, general and limited partners, officers, shareholders, members, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury, and/or death, arising out of (i) participating in this Sweepstakes, (ii) the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize, (iii) preparing for, participating in and/or traveling to or from any Prize-related activity, (iv) claims based on rights of publicity, rights of privacy, or defamation, or (v) Prize delivery. 

9. PUBLICITY: By participating, all entrants agree to allow the Sweepstakes Entities to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

10. USE OF INFORMATION: Personally identifiable information that is submitted by entrants, as part of this Sweepstakes will be solely used to administer the Sweepstakes, select the Winner, and fulfill the Prize, unless the entrant actively opts in to receive marketing communications

Employees and officers of Museum Of Discovery And Science, INC., Sponsor, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, advertising agencies, authorized dealers, promotional suppliers, prize providers (each of the aforementioned entities collectively, with Sponsor, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win. 2. HOW TO ENTER: Each Eligible Person is limited to one (1) entry and may enter only by scanning the QR code and submitting the entry form to be available on-site at Museum of Discovery & Science located at 401 SW 2nd St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312, or available here: https://floridapanthers.formstack.com/forms/pantherspowerplaysweeps

The Sweepstakes shall commence on March 1, 2026, and the deadline for Sponsor to receive all entries for the Sweepstakes is May 3, 2026, 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (“Sweepstakes Time Period”). No entries will be accepted after such time.

3. ODDS OF WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE: Following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Time Period, Sponsor shall select one (1) Eligible Person (“Winner”) from a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Time Period to receive one (1) Florida Panthers jersey signed by Aleksander Barkov, the exact style and size to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, to be picked up at the sports and entertainment facility currently known as Amerant Bank Arena located at One Panther Parkway, Sunrise, FL 33323 (“Prize”). The fair market value of the Prize is $1,000.00 USD. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Time Period.

4. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner shall be contacted on or after May 4, 2026, with instructions for receiving the Prize to be sent to the e-mail address or phone number supplied on entry. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her e-mail account and/or phone number for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this Sweepstakes. If Winner cannot be reached by the Sponsor within one (1) day or if the Prize is returned as undeliverable, Winner shall forfeit the Prize and the Prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. ODDS OF WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE: Seven (7) winners (“Winners”) will be selected by committee decision from all eligible entries received to receive Marketing Assets (“Prize”)from Florida Panthers Corporate Partnerships department. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Time Period.

4. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner shall be contacted on or after October 1, 2025. Instructions for receiving the Prize will be sent to the e-mail address or phone number supplied on entry. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her e-mail account and phone number for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this Sweepstakes. Winner may be required to provide a valid photo ID to Sponsor to confirm Winner’s age. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security,

fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In the event of cancellation, a random drawing will be conducted to award the prizes from all eligible entries received prior to cancellation.

By accepting the Prize, Winner agrees for him or herself and for his or her heirs, executors, and administrators to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective equity holders, successors, owners, general and limited partners, officers, shareholders, members, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs, or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury, and/or death, arising out of (i) participating in this Sweepstakes, (ii) the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize, (iii) preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to or from any Prize-related activity, (iv) claims based on rights of publicity, rights of privacy, or defamation, or (v) Prize delivery.

USE OF INFORMATION: Personally identifiable information that is submitted by entrants as part of this Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, select the Winner, and fulfill the Prize. Personally identifiable information may be used for communications if the entrant actively opts in to receive such communications at the time of entry. Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Panthers Post Game Survey Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Florida Panthers Hockey Club, Ltd. (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of Florida who are at least 18 years old and who have filled out the “Panthers Post Game Survey” at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Time Period (defined below) (each an “Eligible Person”). The Panthers Post Game Survey will be sent to all email addresses on file that opted in to receive such communications and attended a game in which a Panthers Post Game Survey is conducted. Employees and officers of Sponsor and Sponsor’s parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related entities, advertising agencies, authorized dealers, promotional suppliers, prize providers, (each of the aforementioned entities collectively, with Sponsor, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Each Eligible Person may enter by completing and submitting a Panthers Post Game Survey. Each Eligible Person is limited to one (1) entry per survey.

The Sweepstakes shall commence on January 8, 2026, and the deadline for Sponsor to receive all digital entries for the Sweepstakes is April 8, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (“Sweepstakes Time Period”). No entries will be accepted after such time.

3. ODDS OF WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE: Following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Time Period, Sponsor shall select one (1) Eligible Person (“Winner”) from a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Time Period to receive one (1) Team-Signed Floria Panthers Jersey to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (“Prize”) to be mailed to each Winner’s home address or to be picked up at the sports and entertainment facility currently known as Amerant Bank Arena (“Facility”), located at 1 Panther Parkway, Sunrise, FL 33323. The fair market value of the Prize is $500.00. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Time Period.

4. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner shall be contacted on April 9, 2026. Announcement of Winners and instructions for receiving the Prize will be sent to the Winner at the e-mail addresssupplied on entry. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her e-mail account for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this Sweepstakes. If Winner cannot be reached by the Sponsor within one (1) day or if the Prize is returned as undeliverable, Winner shall forfeit the Prize and such Prize will be awarded to an alternate winner, who will be selected from a random drawing of all remaining eligible entries. Upon the request of the Sponsor, Winner may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Prize Acceptance Form, IRS W-9 form, a liability release, and (where legal) a publicity release, all of which must be returned within the time period specified within such materials. Should the potential winner fail to comply with any such requirements, that potential winner may be disqualified by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and Sponsor may then select an alternate winner.

5. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sweepstakes Entities in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate federal or state court located in Broward County, Florida, and entrants hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Prize will only be awarded and delivered to addresses within the State of Florida. Except as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, no substitution of Prize is offered, no transfer of Prize to a third party is permitted, and Prize may not be redeemed for cash value. Winner will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes arising in connection with the Prize. All other expenses on the receipt and use of Prize not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of Winner. Any portion of Prize not accepted by Winner will be awarded to a substitute winner in accordance with Section 4 above. In no event will Sponsor be liable to award more than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules.

6. ACCEPTABLE CONDUCT: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual suspected of tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
