Is there a cost to join the Territory Membership Waitlist?
Yes. There is a $100 deposit per seat. This payment is non-refundable but it will be applied toward your future Territory Membership once available.
What happens to my deposit?
When Memberships become available after our renewal process each season, your Account Executive will contact you to select seats - subject to availability. Your deposit will be credited toward your Membership.
Why is there a fee to join the Waitlist?
The deposit secures your spot in line and shows your commitment to becoming a future Member. Priority is based on the date and time the deposit is placed.
How many deposits can I place?
Each account may place a maximum of six (6) deposits.
Are deposits refundable?
No. All deposits are non-refundable, but they will be applied toward your Membership once converted. If you choose to decline your Membership offer, your deposit can be used toward other ticket options such as Group outings, Partial Plans, or Nightly Suites—subject to availability.
Please note: If you remove yourself from the Waitlist, you will forfeit your spot in line and your original place in priority.
Does joining the Waitlist guarantee seats?
Joining gives you priority access but does not guarantee seat availability. Offers depend on Membership renewal rates and overall inventory.
What if I don’t want the seats being offered?
You can purchase fewer Territory Memberships than the number of deposits originally requested. You cannot purchase more Territory Memberships than originally requested as this effects the length of the Territory Membership Waitlist.
What if 2025–26 Memberships sell out?
If no seats are available, you’ll remain on the Waitlist and be contacted when inventory opens up. You will also receive priority access to purchase Partial Plans, based on availability.
Can I change the number of seats when I’m contacted?
You can choose to purchase fewer seats than you placed deposits for, but you cannot purchase more than your original number of deposits.
I’m already a Member—do I need to join the Waitlist to add seats?
Yes. Current Members must place a $100 deposit per additional seat they wish to add. Add-on opportunities will be offered based on tenure, up to a total of eight (8) seats per account.
What if I no longer want a Membership?
You can remove yourself from the Waitlist at any time. While the deposit is non-refundable, you’ll have the option to use it toward other ticket offerings—such as Partial Plans, Group outings, or Nightly Suites—based on availability.
Please note: Removing yourself from the Waitlist will forfeit your spot and priority for future Membership opportunities.
Can I join the Waitlist if I live outside Florida?
Due to high demand, only accounts located within Florida or within 300 miles of Amerant Bank Arena are eligible to join the Waitlist. All accounts are subject to a verification process.
