The Oilers host the defending Stanley Cup champion Pittsburgh Penguins Friday night. With three of the League's top five scorers playing, the intensity is bound to increase.

"With the young team that we have, we'll probably be a little more amped up," said Oilers veteran Matt Hendricks. "It's a good measuring stick for us. They're a good hockey team and we don't get to see them that often, with them being in the East."
In their previous meeting, the Pens edged the Oilers 4-3, despite Edmonton leading 3-1 at one point. Connor McDavid registered three assists while Sidney Crosby was held off the scoresheet.
"That was quite a long time ago, things have changed," said Hendricks. "Personnel has changed but we know what type of team they are. They're a highly offensive team and play a very fast-paced game.
"We're going to have our hands full no matter what."
