TORONTO, ON - Kailer Yamamoto is a 5-foot-8 giant playing a big game despite his modest size.
While some players shrink at the sight of 229-pound monsters like Montreal Canadiens defender Shea Weber, Yamamoto rises.
"Bigger guys don't really deter me," the 155-pounder, with two goals and five points in six games this season, said. "I've been the smallest guy on every team I've played. Those guys don't really scare me anymore."
