EDMONTON, AB – The Edmonton Oilers released the following statement on Tuesday afternoon regarding the status of forward Leon Draisaitl.
Edmonton Oilers forward Leon Draisaitl is expected to miss the remainder of the regular season after sustaining a lower-body injury in the first period of the team's game versus Nashville on March 15.
Draisaitl has scored 35 goals and 62 assists for 97 points in 65 games this season.
