Talbot also leads the League in time on ice with 1,908.
"I don't know how much more of the load I can shoulder," Talbot joked. "But I'm ready to go now. It was a nice few day break and get back to it. I feel rested and mentally prepared and I'm ready to go."
The club currently sits second in the Pacific Division behind the San Jose Sharks with 42 points. Talbot believes the squad can improve in some areas.
"As a team there's some things we can clean up, obviously. Last game we didn't maybe defend as well as we wanted to and teams like San Jose and better teams at the top of the League can kind of exploit that. I think playing better as a five-man unit in our zone can help to bring the goals against down and that will lead to better offence."
Individually, Talbot knows what he has to do for his club.
"Personally, I just got to continue to stay focused, make the saves I'm supposed to make and give us a chance to win every night."
After the busy early season grind, Talbot pointed out that fewer back-to-back games will help in staying fresh.
"The good thing is we don't have too many back-to-backs left. Those are the real killers."
