Rask, who missed three games, last played on Nov. 8 when he allowed three goals on 14 shots in relief of Jaroslav Halak in an 8-5 loss to the Vancouver Canucks. Rask is 4-4-0 this season with a 3.05 goals-against average and .901 save percentage.
Defensemen Jakub Zboril and Connor Clifton each will make his NHL debut for Boston, which will play without Zdeno Chara (leg) and John Moore (lower body). Chara was sent home to Boston for further evaluation; Moore is day to day. The Bruins are 4-4-0 in their past eight games after beginning the season 6-2-2.
