Coyotes defenseman Alex Goligoski scored with 14.4 seconds left in overtime to give Arizona a 4-3 victory at the Philadelphia Flyers on Monday. The victory ended the Coyotes' 11-game losing streak (0-10-1) and left them tied with the 1943-44 New York Rangers for the longest losing streak to start an NHL season.
Detroit also ended a losing streak in its most recent game, having lost six straight (0-5-1) before a 3-2 shootout victory against the Florida Panthers on Saturday. The Red Wings have won 12 straight shootouts, dating back to the 2015-16 season.

Players to watch

Coyotes rookie forward Clayton Keller has nine points (five goals, four assists) in a six-game point streak. Keller's pass to Goligoski set up the winning goal in overtime on Monday.
Red Wings goaltender Jimmy Howard has a .948 save percentage in his past three starts and has stopped all six shots he has faced this season in shootouts.

Hjalmarsson left Arizona's win with an upper-body injury, and is day to-day. Clendening would replace him. … DeKeyser had a setback in his recovery from an ankle injury, and will not skate for the next week. He is not expected to return until the second half of November.
