Philadelphia Flyers left wing Brayden Schenn will return from a three-game suspension. "It's never fun watching," Schenn said. "On the road there for seven days, practicing and skating, stuff like that, doing extra work. I'm excited to play tonight, but I've got to play the right way early on and not get too excited. Have your head in the right spot, put your emotions in the right place and the rest will take care of itself." He'll be back on the top line with center Claude Giroux and right wing Wayne Simmonds. In that role Schenn had an NHL career-best 26 goals and 59 points last season. "He's worked hard," coach Dave Hakstol said. "He's ready physically to get back in the battle here. He's just got to go out and do his thing. He's a power forward that's got to have a nose for the net for us. We hope he can do that, starting tonight." Teammates could sense an extra jump to Schenn during the morning skate. "Every single puck he got, every single time he took a stride, you could tell he had that extra pop," Simmonds said. "You could tell where his mind is at and that he's ready to have a good game tonight."
