WINNIPEG - The Carolina Hurricanes are riding a franchise-best start to the 2018-19 season, and they'll finish off a back-to-back set in Winnipeg.
The Hurricanes are not expected to make any changes to their lineup, with the exception of starting Petr Mrazek in net.
