The wait is almost over.
For the first time in Predators' history, Nashville will host a Game 7 tonight as the Preds and Winnipeg Jets conclude their epic Round Two series. The winner will advance to the Western Conference Final, while the loser will see their season come to an end. No pressure.
Inside the Predators dressing room on Thursday morning, the mood was upbeat, yet focused, as players made their final preparations to play what they'd like to treat as just another game - but is still so much more.
Just a few hours away from Game 7, here are the top quotes from the Nashville locker room:

Forward Scott Hartnell on the Predators hosting Game 7:
"It's do or die. We feel like it's our time, this is our season and we're excited to have this game here at Bridgestone. We're just looking for everybody's best tonight. That's all you can ask for."

Hartnell on the opportunity to play in his fifth career Game 7:
"This is what it's all about, you dream about it as a kid… This is what it all comes down to, this is our season on the line. We've had one goal in mind the whole season to get where we want to go and that's the Stanley Cup Final again and Winnipeg is in our way at home. We need to have a big effort."
Forward Ryan Hartman on the potential to play in his first Game 7:
"It's exciting. It's actually a lot more excitement than nerves. I've kind of wished it was 7:00 right now to just get this game started. Even last night, I was kind of hoping it would hurry up and get here so we can get it out of the way. But I'm ready to get this started and I'm really excited."

Goaltender Pekka Rinne on playing Game 7 at home:
"We're fortunate to have this opportunity to play at home, and that's why you really focused on those last games, in the regular season fight for the Presidents' Trophy. Now it's here, and it's a great opportunity for us."
Rinne on preparing for Game 7:
"It's a mindset. That's the only thing you can do, you don't want to put too much pressure on yourself. Obviously, you realize what the situation is. It's the most important game of the season, but at the same time you prepare yourself the same way you always do."
