Bridgestone Arena, the Nashville Predators and KultureCity have been nominated by StadiumBusiness for their 2019 Sustainability and Community Award thanks to sensory inclusion initiatives enacted by the organizations.
The Predators and the arena partnered with KultureCity - a leading nonprofit recognized nationwide for using their resources to revolutionize and effect change in the community for those with sensory needs - in October of 2018 to accommodate and provide a positive experience for all guests and fans with sensory needs who visit Bridgestone Arena.
Sensory bags are available in the building and include noise-reducing headphones, fidget toys and a feelings thermometer.
