The city of Toronto - the fifth largest in North America, according to the handy fact sheet in my hotel room - is often referred to as 'The Center of the Hockey Universe.' If that is indeed the case, then it's only appropriate the Hockey Hall of Fame resides in the heart of downtown.
As the Predators prepared to face the Maple Leafs on Wednesday night, I had a few hours to spare on Tuesday, and a trip to The Hall seemed the only rational way to spend them.
See, if you have a healthy obsession with the game like I do, the Hockey Hall of Fame is sensory overload in the best possible avenue. I had been to the Hall of Fame twice before, but seeing as it had been almost 15 years since I last stepped foot in the structure, it was time to venture back.
