ST. PAUL, MN -Head Coach Jay Woodcroft is expected to send out the same lineup that defeated the Minnesota Wild by a 5-2 score back in Edmonton on Friday.
The Oilers coach continues to keep Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl paired together, with the duo currently riding a couple of hot streaks. McDavid enters tonight's contest with a seven-game goal streak and an eight-game point streak, while Draisaitl has registered a multi-point game in five of his last six contests.
The line of Klim Kostin, Devin Shore, and Derek Ryan has also shown a fair bit of chemistry since coming together. In the last two games the trio has combined for three goals and four assists, along with several more high quality scoring chances.
The Oilers are expected to start Stuart Skinner for a fifth straight game, with the goaltender sporting a stellar .919 save percentage on the season.
