BLOG: Safin registers a point as Czechs survive Belarus

Update from the 2018 World Juniors in Buffalo as the Czechs beat Belarus

BUFFALO, NY -Oilers prospect Ostap Safin recorded one assist in the Czech team's 6-5 win over Belarus at the 2018 World Juniors.
Safin finished the game having played 12:33, and recorded three shots on net to go along with his one point. Safin assisted on Radovan Pavlik's goal at 1:29 of the second period.
The Czechs play Switzerland on Sunday.
