BLOG: Oilers close out draft with Philip Kemp

The Oilers have concluded their 2017 draft selections with Philip Kemp from the USA U-18 program, taking him 208th overall in the seventh round.
The right-shot defenceman is a Yale commit, set to play there in 2017-18.
Kemp is NHL Central Scouting's 175th-ranked North American skater.
