Karlsson, a center, is expected to be out 4-6 weeks, Golden Knights coach Peter DeBoer said... Holl, a defenseman, is expected to be a healthy scratch for the second straight game... Mikheyev skated on his own prior to the Maple Leafs' optional morning skate Tuesday. When the forward sustained his injury Oct. 9, the original timeline was eight weeks.
