Stastny, Golden Knights post 5-1 win against Avs

Zach Fucale made 24 saves for the Vegas Golden Knights in a 5-1 win against the Colorado Avalanche at Pepsi Center.

Erik Brannstrom and Alex Tuch each had a goal and an assist, and Brandon Pirri, Reid Duke and Erik Haula scored for the Golden Knights, who were 2-for-2 on the power play.
Paul Stastny, who made his preseason debut after signing with Vegas as a free agent July 1, and Tomas Hyka each had two assists.
Ryan Graves scored for the Avalanche in the third period to cut it to 3-1.
Semyon Varlamov played the first two periods and allowed three goals on 24 shots. He was relieved by Spencer Martin, who made four saves on six shots.
