Status report
Wedgewood is expected to start for the first time since Dec. 17 after Oettinger made 32 saves in a 3-2 loss at the Los Angeles Kings on Tuesday. ... Gurianov, a forward, has missed the past seven games because of a personal matter, but returned to practice Monday. He did not play against the Kings and Dallas coach Pete DeBoer said it will take a few days for the forward to return to game condition. ... The Ducks will have a regular lineup after using 11 forwards and seven defensemen in a 4-1 loss to the Philadelphia Flyers on Monday.
