The 33-year-old netminder has accumulated a record of 4-2-2 in nine games this season. During his most recent outing, which came in St. Louis 16 days ago, the veteran was removed after two periods due to cramping.

The head coach ruled out Sebastian Aho and Frederik Andersen for both games this weekend on Friday, but he did say this afternoon that Aho skated today.
