The Chicago Blackhawks today announced that goaltender Mitchell Weeks has been released from his PTO and has been assigned to the Rockford IceHogs of the American Hockey League.

The current training camp roster has 45 players, including 29 forwards, 12 defensemen and four goaltenders.
