Chicago won't have to wait long to try and bounce back from Tuesday's overtime loss in Nashville as the Blackhawks and Predators meet again on Wednesday night in the Music City.

TEAM RECORDS

CHI: 2-3-2, 6 PTS
NSH: 3-3-0, 6 PTS

LAST TIME OUT

Chicago led twice on the night as Dylan Strome scored his second of the season and Mattias Janmark his third in as many games, but Roman Josi found the overtime winner as the Predators topped the Blackhawks on Tuesday, 3-2. Malcolm Subban stopped 36 saves in the loss -- the most by a Blackhawks netminder this season -- in his first start since opening night in Tampa Bay on Jan. 13.

BACK TO BACK

Chicago completes their first of seven scheduled back-to-backs on the season on Wednesday night, facing the Predators for the second consecutive time in Nashville. A year ago, the Blackhawks posted a 9-4-1 record in the back half of two-game sets.

RIDING HIGH

With goals in three straight games, not only is Janmark now tied for the team lead lead in goals (Patrick Kane, Pius Suter), but the forward has matched a career-long goal steak (Feb. 13-16, 2016).

LEAD MURPH

Connor Murphy skated in a season-high 27:49 of total ice time on Tuesday night. It is the second time this season he has eclipsed the 27:40 mark of ice time in a game. He also blocked a season-high five shots against the Predators, pushing his team lead in the category to 14 this season.
