Preds wear holiday costumes to cheer up patients

Members of the Nashville Predators have made countless visits to Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt over the years, but none of them have been quite like this.
Ryan Johansen, Roman Josi, Ryan Ellis, Filip Forsberg, Kyle Turris and Dan Hamhuis set out to spread some holiday cheer last week at the facility, and they did so by really getting into the spirit.
Dressed head to toe as Dr. Seuss's The Grinch, Johansen generated smiles and laughter as soon as he stepped into a room. Josi accompanied dressed as Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, and Forsberg, Ellis, Turris and Hamhuis were outfitted as Santa's helpers.

It was a unique way to make the season bright, showing the Preds will do whatever it takes to deliver a ray of sunshine of those who need it most. And, let's be honest, who doesn't want to see Johansen dressed as The Grinch?
Now, enjoy a look at the holly, jolly visit.
