SUNRISE, Fla.  The Florida Panthers announced today that Eric Clouse has been named Chief Commercial Officer overseeing sales and service, corporate partnerships, ticket operations, and live entertainment across the Panthers four venues: Amerant Bank Arena, Baptist Health IcePlex, War Memorial Auditorium and Panthers IceDen.

"Eric is a proven leader with a track record of leading teams and driving commercial success at the highest levels of sports," said Panthers President of Business Operations Michael White. "We're thrilled to welcome him to the Panthers family as we continue our growth at Amerant Bank Arena and across our organization." 

Clouse brings 18 years of experience across professional and collegiate sports business operations to the Panthers organization. He joins the club after most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Commercial at Etihad Park with Legends Global, where he led sales and revenue strategy for New York City FC's new privately financed stadium in Queens, NY. Prior to that, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Haslam Sports Group (Cleveland Browns & Columbus Crew), where he led a team of more than 85 team members across corporate partnerships, sales and service, ticketing, marketing and fan experience, community relations and business analytics. 

Additionally, he spent 10 years with the Cleveland Cavaliers, rising from Manager to Senior Vice President across a range of commercial functions including Business Development, Inside Sales, Premium Seating, and Sales & Service. 

Clouse has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Kentucky and an MBA & Masters in Sports Business Management from the University of Central Florida DeVos Sport Business Management Program. He will reside in Fort Lauderdale with his wife, Sara and his children, Ellie (10) and Hank (8).
