Policies

For a number of seasons, the BB&T Center bag policy has stated that no backpacks, large bags or purses larger than 1' x 1' would be permitted upon entry for security purposes and the safety of fans. This season, staff members have been enforcing this policy at entrance points and are now equipped with measuring guides to ensure fan safety. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding and that this stronger enforcement of the policy is for the safety of all BB&T Center fans. We apologize for any inconveniences that this may have caused.

The title of season ticket holder does carry with it responsibilities. Take a second to look over our rules and regulations.

All sales are final. No refunds will be made on playoff or season ticket payments.

Revocable License

Your ticket is a revocable license, which may be withdrawn, and admission refused anytime, at the sole discretion of the Florida Panthers Hockey Club Ltd. By using your ticket, you agree not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, video, audio, or reproduction of the event to which the ticket admits you. Tickets may not be used in any way for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), auction, or any other commercial or trade purposes without the express written consent of the Florida Panthers Hockey Club Ltd or the National Hockey League ("NHL").

Season Tickets

A season ticket entitles the Holder to admission to NHL pre-season and regular season home games of Florida Panthers for the 2016-17 NHL season at BB&T Center. Seat locations and games are subject to the package purchased and are identified on the Season Tickets determined by the Florida Panthers Hockey Club Ltd. Holder is not entitled to admission to playoff games, the NHL All-Star game, or any other events. However, the Season Ticket Holder shall be entitled to purchase the same seat location for playoff games at the BB&T Center for the Season, at prices and under other terms (including the deadline for such purchase) established by Florida Panthers Hockey Club Ltd, provided that the availability of such location shall be subject to the NHL, the BB&T Center and Florida Panthers Hockey Club Ltd commitments. This License shall terminate upon conclusion of the NHL Season subject to the Season Ticket Holder's right to purchase playoff tickets as described above or immediately, at Florida Panthers Hockey Club Ltd sole discretion, upon Season Ticket Holder's breach of any provisions of this License. Season Tickets are issued and renewable at the sole discretion of Florida Panthers Hockey Club Ltd and may be revoked at any time without cause by Florida Panthers Hockey Club Ltd including, but not limited to, Season Ticket Holder's failure to pay.

Season Ticket Renewals

The purchase of season tickets for 2016-17 season does not entitle a Season Ticket Holder to purchase season tickets in any subsequent year. Season tickets sales in future seasons are subject to any changes, limitations and/or deadlines that the Florida Panthers may adopt. Without in any way limiting its rights, the Panthers organization expressly reserves the right to:

• change season ticket policies and prices at any time and for any reason;

• apply changes differently to different persons or entities, including without limitation persons who are engaged in reselling tickets (whether licensed to do so or not);

• charge an administrative fee in connection with any approved correction or change to Season Ticket Holder account information;

• refuse to sell future season tickets to any individual or entity, including, but not limited to, individuals or entities who:

a) fail to comply with any applicable payment deadline or other condition or restriction, whether in effect at present or in the future

b) resell tickets to third parties (whether licensed to do so or not)

c) engage in dispute relating to the identity of the Season Ticket Holder of record

d) engage in improper conduct including, but not limited to, possessing any of the prohibited items or engaging in any of the prohibited conduct described on the ticket(s)

e) permit use of their tickets(s) by an individual who engages in improper conduct including, but not limited to, possessing any of the prohibited items or engaging in any of the prohibited conduct described on the ticket(s). This restriction applies to all Season Ticket Holders, including authorized ticket agents.

Payment

The total Season Ticket fees for the Season Tickets, payment amounts and payment due dates are shown on the Invoice(s) provided to Season Ticket Holder by Florida Panthers Hockey Club Ltd. To secure Season Ticket Holder's current seat location(s), Season Ticket Holder must make the first payment by the due date shown on the first invoice. If at any time during the Season, Season Ticket Holder's payments are not received by the due date, the barcodes on all unpaid Season Tickets will immediately be disabled (prohibiting access to the BB&T Center) until the account is paid in full. Additionally, Season Ticket Holder's seat locations may be released and Season Ticket Holder will forfeit his/her/its Season Ticket priority. Season Ticket Holder may pay on-line at www.floridapanthers.com/accountmanager or may provide Florida Panthers Hockey Club Ltd with a single, valid credit card number. Season Ticket Holder may only pay by check or money order if Season Ticket Holder pays the total Season Ticket fees in three payments or less. Season Ticket Holder's cancellation, breach or early termination of this Agreement does not release Season Ticket Holder from its obligations to pay all amounts shown on the invoice(s).

No Refunds

All sales of Season Tickets are final. All payments and deposits are non-refundable. No refunds or exchanges of Season Tickets will be made.

Season Ticket Seat Relocation

Season ticket locations that are not renewed by the renewal deadline will be retained and reassigned by the Florida Panthers organization. Primary basis for season relocation will be done by continuous season ticket account longevity. The account longevity system will be used to determine your assigned time slot for our annual Season Ticket Holder seat relocation event. At this event, available seats will be tagged and available for possible relocation. You will be able to relocate to the same amount of seats that you have on your current Florida Panthers account (i.e.- two seat account can relocate to another two seat location; four seat account can relocate to another four seat location, etc.)

Account Transfer

Current Season Ticket holders may transfer all or some of your seats under the following circumstances:

• Transfer to immediate family members if purchased personally

• Transfer to buyer if company sold

• Change of contact within the same company

• Change of company name

To transfer seat (s), send a letter to your account representative with your name, account number, address, phone number, and seat location (s) of the person/company you would like to transfer. If tickets are a company purchase, please use company stationary. The only person that can transfer seats is the primary account holder or company listed on the account. If you share seats with another person whose name is currently not on the account, we suggest that you send us that person's name to add to the account.

Playoff Seat Location

FULL Season Ticket Holders seat locations and dates are subject to the package purchased and are identified on the Playoff Tickets determined by the Florida Panthers Hockey Club Ltd. Half Season Ticket Holders are guaranteed seats, but they may not be in the same location as their regular season seats. Change in playoff seat location will be determined by the Florida Panthers Hockey Club Ltd, provided that the availability of such location shall be subject to the NHL, the BB&T Center and Florida Panthers Hockey Club Ltd commitments.

Scalping

Resale or attempted resale of any ticket is prohibited and is grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund or compensation. Such action may result in revocation of your season tickets. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, void or other invalid tickets, purchase tickets only from an authorized outlet only or box office.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

If your tickets are stolen from your possession, you must call the police and file a report. Bring a copy of the report with you to the BB&T Center Box Office, and your tickets will be reprinted. A police report is required in order to assist arena personnel to deal with problems involving duplicate tickets. Tickets that have been lost, forgotten, damaged, or destroyed will only be reprinted if the BB&T Center Box Office is able to verify that the patron requesting the reprint is the named account holder for the season tickets.
