EDMONTON, AB - Malone, 29, has appeared in 41 games with Bakersfield this season, posting 24 points (7G, 17A), 41 penalty minutes and a +8 plus-minus rating. The 6'2", 217-pound forward is in his second season with the Condors, serving as an alternate captain.
Over eight professional seasons, Malone has played in 183 career NHL games with three organizations (Edmonton, Carolina, Colorado), recording 30 points (13G, 17A) and 194 penalty minutes.
The native of Miramichi, New Brunswick has also appeared in 333 career AHL games, recording 160 points (60G, 100A) and 425 penalty minutes.
Malone was signed by the Oilers as a free agent on July 3, 2017.
