The Predators have turned to Anthony Richard on occasion previously, and the speedy winger figures to be in the running to hear his name called again.
Drafted by the Preds in 2015, Richard has two games of NHL experience in Nashville, one in each of the past two seasons. Those recalls have been earned with stellar play in Milwaukee with the Admirals, including a 47-point season in 2018-19. The 24-year-old posted 14 goals and 23 points last season, with that second-career NHL contest coming in October of 2019.

Richard is regarded as one of the fastest skaters in the AHL, and he'll continue to get a look during the final week of Preds training camp.
By the Numbers:
- Richard scored 14 goals in 2019-20 for the third-straight campaign with Milwaukee.
- He was tied for 11th in the QMJHL in points with 87 (37g-50a) for Val-d'Or in 2015-16, his fourth season with the team.
- Richard helped Val-d'Or win the 2014 President's Cup as champions of the QMJHL, finishing fourth on his team and tying for seventh among all skaters in postseason goals (10).
Fun Fact:
- Richard's 57 goals over the last three seasons are the most by any Admirals skater.
