The Rangers have lost back-to-back games, 4-0 at the Philadelphia Flyers on Friday and 5-3 to the Washington Capitals on Saturday, when their seven-game home winning streak ended.
The Senators have lost three in a row, allowing at least six goals in each game. They lost 7-5 to the Florida Panthers, and 6-4 at the Minnesota Wild and the Dallas Stars.

Players to watch

Senators forward Drake Batherson has five points (two goals, three assists) in five games since he was recalled from Belleville of the American Hockey League on Nov. 12.
Rangers forward Ryan Strome scored against the Capitals, his first goal in five games since he was acquired in a trade with the Edmonton Oilers on Nov. 16.
