The Game

Goalie Adin Hill will start for the Arizona Coyotes in his NHL debut against the Dallas Stars at American Airlines Center on Tuesday.

Hill was 1-1-0 with an 0.65 goals-against average and .968 save percentage in two appearances for Tucson of the American Hockey League before he was recalled Monday.

The Coyotes are looking for their first win and have been outscored 22-11.

The Stars have power-play goals in each game this season and are converting on 27.8 percent of opportunities, sixth in the League. Coach Ken Hitchcock has been pleased with the top unit, which has scored all five goals, but would like to see more production from the second unit anchored by forward Jason Spezza.

Goalie Ben Bishop will make his fourth straight start for Dallas.

Players to watch

Coyotes center Derek Stepan has assists in three straight games.

Stars forward Jamie Benn has goals in back-to-back games and four points in his past three.
