Pavel Buchnevich is expected to make his St. Louis Blues preseason debut on Monday night when the Blues host the Dallas Stars at Enterprise Center (7 p.m., Bally Sports app, 101 ESPN).
Buchnevich was skating on a line with Brayden Schenn and Jake Neighbours in the morning skate on Monday at Centene Community Ice Center.

The 26-year-old forward was acquired by the Blues in July in a trade with the New York Rangers. Sammy Blais and a 2022 second-round pick went to New York in the deal.
Buchnevich scored 20 goals and 48 assists (68 points) in 48 games last season.
Other players expected in the lineup Monday include David Perron, Ryan O'Reilly, Jordan Kyrou, Justin Faulk, Torey Krug and 2019 second-round pick Nikita Alexandrov.
