FRISO, Texas - Dallas Stars General Manager Jim Nill announced today that forward Tyler Seguin underwent successful surgery on Tuesday, Dec. 16 to repair a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in his right knee. Seguin's time frame for return to play will be reevaluated after the Olympic break.

The surgery was peformed by Dr. Dan Cooper in Dallas, Texas.
