It's all come down to Friday.
After a whirlwind couple of weeks for the new Preds prospects, it's hard to believe that only one more day of Development Camp remains.

That's especially true for first time Dev-Campers like Ben Strinden, selected in the seventh round of the 2022 NHL Draft.
"It's kind of surreal," Strinden said. "You dream of getting drafted your whole life, and I got here on the first day, and there's a Nashville jersey with my name on the back. I just kind of stopped and thought about how far I've come. It's just really surreal, and it's been an amazing experience."

"It's been an unbelievable week," Cole O'Hara, Nashville's 2022 fourth-round pick, said. "I'd never really experienced development camp before, but just tried to be a sponge this week and just listen to what the staff and management and coaches all had to say. I definitely learned a lot and it's been a great week."
Tomorrow the young skaters will compete head-to-head in the Prospects Showcase Game at Ford Ice Center Bellevue, an open-to-the-public scrimmage aimed to show the fans just how bright Nashville's future might be.
For Strinden, getting an opportunity to play in front of Smashville caps the week on a perfect note.
"The fan base is crazy here," he said. "And it's very important to them. So, it's cool to just go on the ice and show them what the future might be. It's super special to be able to go out there in front of them."
Strinden says his brother and a friend are making the drive from Fargo to watch him take to the ice in Preds Gold for the first time.
If you can't make the drive to Ford Ice Center, don't worry. The game, as well as a pregame panel with Assistant GMs Jeff Kealty, Scott Nichol, Brian Poile and Chief Amateur Scout Tom Nolan, will be streamed on NashvillePredators.com starting at 9:45 a.m. CT.
