If there were a game tonight, Zack Kassian could play. That's the messaging he relayed after practice on Saturday.
"Things are going well," he said. "I'm eligible for (Sunday's game against the Rangers). We'll see what happens with the lineup but I feel 100% and I'm excited to get back going."

Kassian has not played a game since last Saturday (November 5), when he left the contest in Brooklyn against the Islanders. Kassian has two goals and two assists in 12 games this season. He was skating with Benoit Pouliot and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins at practice.
