Oilers centre Ryan Nugent-Hopkins is fifth on the team in scoring with 15 points (5-10-15). He entered the year coming off a very strong performance at the World Cup of Hockey in Toronto.

Oilers General Manager Peter Chiarelli says Nugent-Hopkins' performance so far this season hasn't been where it was in Toronto, but he's still OK with his 23-year-old forward's play and he knows there's more to give.
"I think he's not where he was at the World Cup," said Chiarelli. "For whatever reason, he's not there, and I know he can be there. I've really liked his two-way play. And I'm not unsatisfied with his play either. I think there's players that can be better and he can be one but what he's given us I haven't minded it and I know there's more because I've seen it. He's just got to get his confidence up a little bit."
