EDMONTON, AB - Some old and some new faces were on the ice at Oilers practice Monday.
Defenceman Brandon Davidson and forward Nathan Walker took to the ice with the Oilers. Davidson, who was drafted by the Oilers in the sixth round of the 2010 NHL Draft, was welcomed back after being claimed on waivers Sunday from the Montreal Canadiens.
"I haven't quit smiling since I heard the news," the rearguard said. "I was more than happy to come here."
Nathan Walker, meanwhile, was claimed from the Washington Capitals on Friday.
