BLOG: Nugent-Hopkins nearing a return

EDMONTON, AB - It's almost time for Ryan Nugent-Hopkins to return.
"He's very close to playing," said Oilers Head Coach Todd McLellan. "Right now, I'm penciling him into the lineup but we'll see how he's feeling in the morning."
The Oilers forward, who has been dealing with a rib injury he sustained on Jan. 13 against the Vegas Golden Knights, says the pain has mostly subsided and is close to seeing game action.
"I've come back from injury before, so I know what it's like," said Nugent-Hopkins Friday following practice. "I've been feeling good, especially the past couple weeks. I've been skating a lot more and skating with the guys."
