Turris had 274 points (117 goals, 157 assists) in 407 games for the Senators before being sent to the Predators as part of a three-way trade that brought forward Matt Duchene to Ottawa from the Colorado Avalanche.
Craig Anderson will start for Ottawa, which will try for its fourth win in five games. The Senators will be without forward Alexandre Burrows, who will begin serving his 10-game suspension for a kneeing incident against New Jersey Devils forward Taylor Hall on Tuesday.
Backup goaltender Juuse Saros could start for the Predators after Pekka Rinne played in a 3-2 shootout loss at the Toronto Maple Leafs on Wednesday. Saros is 5-1-4 with three shutouts in his past 10 starts.
