WINNIPEG -The Winnipeg Jets continue a three-game home stand against the New York Islanders on Sunday.
The Jets will be trying to bounce back from a disappointing 5-1 loss to the Colorado Avalanche on Friday night, and avoid losing three games in a row.
The Islanders beat the Jets in a tightly contested 2-1 final back on Wednesday at UBS Arena, so a win will give the Jets a split of the season series.
With the 2:30 pm CT puck drop, the Jets won't hold a morning skate, so warm-up will be the best indication of whether Rick Bowness shuffles his line-up again, or if he elects to keep the same line-up.
The Jets didn't practice on Saturday, and their focus remains solely on responding after Friday's setback.

"We have to respond," Bowness said after the loss to Colorado. "There has to be a lot more emotion. There has to be a lot more commitment to work."
The players in the room agree. Defenceman Brenden Dillon says the group remains confident despite the recent frustrating stretch.
"On certain nights we look like a Stanley Cup contender. And then on certain nights where we don't," he said. "We all just kind of know what our role is, try to be a piece to the puzzle and not try to do something else or do something more than that. If we do that on most nights this year we've shown we can be a better team."
Bowness didn't reveal on Friday what his plans were in terms of a starting goaltender, other than to say he doesn't put any blame on Connor Hellebuyck for allowing five goals on 26 shots on Friday. Hellebuyck was pulled after 40 minutes with David Rittich coming in and stopping all 10 shots he faced.
"Every once in a while, this game is going to test your character and it's going to test your pride," Bowness said. "The game on Sunday will be an example of... Yeah. We just got embarrassed (on Friday). Again, let's see how we respond."
Mason Appleton, who scored the lone goal for the Jets on Friday with a first period power play marker, says Winnipeg's response begins with the first shift.
"Our game is right when we play defence first, and we have that 2-1 mindset," he said. "We have the ability to score goals in here. When we have that 2-1 winning mindset, that's when we score four and we win 4-1."
Stay tuned for line-up information as it comes available.
