How do Specialty Tickets differ from Gate Giveaways?
Unlike our traditional giveaways, which are available to the first 5,000 fans (unless otherwise noted) who enter Canada Life Centre, Specialty Tickets are available only to a smaller group of fans who purchase the Specialty Ticket add-on. These tickets are not offered to all fans, and their availability will vary depending on the event and demand throughout the season.
How will fans know if they have purchased the Specialty Ticket add on?
Fans’ tickets will indicate they have purchased Specialty Ticket with the name of the event (i.e. "BASEBALL JERSEY", "PILLOWCASE", "SNOOPY BOBBLEHEAD", "PLAYER BOBBLEHEAD", "RUN CLUB".)
Where do Specialty Ticket purchasers pick up their giveaway item?
For all 2026/27 Specialty Tickets, the unique items can be picked up at the “Specialty Tickets” table just beside the Timothy Eaton statue in the atrium of Canada Life Centre.
Specialty Ticket holders will be permitted to enter through any gate at Canada Life Centre and will receive information closer to the event date with specific details on where their item can be picked up, if different from above.
Are sizing exchanges permitted for my Winnipeg Jets Baseball Jersey?
No, fans will be prompted to select their preferred jersey size during the Specialty Ticket purchase process, while quantities last. Once the Specialty Ticket purchase is completed, jersey size exchanges will not be permitted.
If a fan purchased a game ticket but not a Specialty Ticket, can they purchase the Specialty Ticket later?
No, fans must purchase the Specialty Ticket in the original purchase flow; add-ons will not be sold separately. If fans incorrectly purchased a single game ticket but meant to purchase the Specialty Ticket option, they can contact the Ticketing department at [email protected].
