ANDREW MANGIAPANE ON PLAYOFF-STYLE GAME:

ON FIGHTING BACK FROM TWO DOWN:

"It shows we want to win. We're resilient. We're a good team when all four lines are going, all three D pairs. And Vladdy played a great game for us back there. We're a good team when we're all rolling and grinding their D down and we saw that more in the second half there."

ON PUSH TO THE PLAYOFFS:

"You want to play these last close games here like it's playoff time, right? Playoffs are coming soon, so you want to gear up and sharpen up your game; all-around game, right? Defensively, in the neutral zone, offensively, whatever it is. Now is the time to prepare yourself - well, you're preparing yourself the whole season - but now is the time to kind of really dial in. Mistakes, they're not good in the playoffs, right? So, you've got to limit those mistakes and gear up for it and play the way we know how to."

DAN VLADAR ON HIS 25-SAVE EFFORT:

"Nothing's changing for me, right? I've been telling you guys the whole season, every time I get the call, I'm trying to do my best and give our team a chance to win. So, nothing's changing for me and my job is to stop the puck. Doesn't matter if it's 2-2 on shots or, whatever, 100-5. Doesn't matter.
"Still, that's our goal, to win every single hockey game. Today was tight - as Mango (Mangiapane) said. Playoff hockey, we showed them... Honestly, I think they want to play us. It was 2-0, they maybe thought it was going to be an easy game, you know, and all of a sudden, we got those bulldogs in front and they just scored. Doesn't matter how - they can be nice, they can be ugly - they just score.
"I think as the season is moving on, it's more and more fun, everyone is more and more focused, and I think we're just having a blast. At the same time, we still can't be looking forward. We've still got five games left, so it's still a lot of work in front of us. We've got to get better in some areas and I think everyone is just focused right now on those little details that we maybe have to improve.

DARRYL SUTTER ON HOW IT PLAYED OUT:

"Hard to score in the playoffs. I've said it. I'm not talking about it anymore about this individual stuff. It's hard to score in playoff time. If some of these guys are going to play then we have a chance to win a game."

ON TIGHT-CHECKING GAME:

"It's like a playoff game. We had good chances that missed the net or hit the post. Good chances, Jarnkrok hit the post - could have been up 1-0. But we get down two and then you fight back. That's what happens. Close games. No shootouts or 3-on-3. No pretty stuff in a week."
