RASMUS ANDERSSON ON TONIGHT:

"The start is obviosly important every game. Even last game, I thought we had a good start. But we've been talking about it a lot, we've been taking a lot of penalties and that's got to stop. ... But if we get off to a quick start and really get after them, anything can happen tonight."

ON FEELING THE PRESSURE:

"I think everybody treats it different, obviously. But for me, personally, I try to keep it loose and try to enjoy the game. ... Playoffs is what you look forward to all year. Try to have some fun, make plays, really go after them hard."

"Our focus needs to be on the present"

COACH GEOFF WARD ON SETTING TONE:

"Teams that have been in Game 6 situations before are comfortable with it, so they know exactly what they need to do to dial it up and be ready to play. ... We can't worry about that. What we have to understand is that we have to come tonight and do ordinary things with an awful lot of intensity, and that starts at the beginning of the hockey game. If we do that, we'll settle in and be ready to go."

ON MATTHEW TKACHUK:

"He is an option for tonight. We'll see what he's like at game time."

MILAN LUCIC ON GAME 6:

"Obviously, when it's an 8:30 game, you have a lot more of the day to think about it. Sometimes not overthinking it and thinking about some other stuff kind of helps, but we're in a situation right now where it's do or die. All you can do is if you want to live tomorrow, you've got to channel those nerves and emotions and express them out with your play on the ice. That's the mentality that you've got to have. You hope that it brings the best out of you."

ON TEAM'S MOOD

'We just had a really good morning skate, a lot of energy. Guys are looking forward to this challenge and this opportunity. I wasn't here last year when we were facing elimination versus Colorado, but I could probably tell you that the mood was probably better today than it was in Game 5 against the Avs last year.'

ON LATE 8:30 P.M. START:

"I think we've been really good at the night games so far. I don't know what our record is, but I think it's been pretty good. We've been able to channel that energy and let our day build as it's gone on. Our group seems to like the pre-game nap, so I know we're looking forward to that after talking to you guys here."

ON BEST YET TO COME:

"I think we've got to put a full 60 minutes together. I don't think we've been able to do that the whole series yet. They play really tight defensively. Looking at it, I don't know if we even had one odd-man rush through the first five games. Lindy and Razzy said it - we have to be quicker on pucks in the D zone, and not give them time to get shots on net and on retrievals, we've got to be quicker than they are. ... We've got to look forward to it and have fun with it."

"Our focus needs to be on the present"

ELIAS LINDHOLM ON IMPROVING 5-ON-5 PLAY:

"We spend a lot of time in our D zone. They shoot a lot of pucks from everywhere. They try to be first on pucks afterwards, but they seem to get on pucks a lot. We've got to close quicker and get in those shooting lanes to make our time in the D zone shorter, and so we still have some juice to go on offence."
