Blues assign Butler to San Antonio

ST. LOUIS - St. Louis Blues President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced today the Blues have assigned defenseman Chris Butler to the club's American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the San Antonio Rampage.

Butler, 31, is currently in his fifth season with the organization.
This season, the 6-foot-1, 204-pound defenseman has posted one goal in two games.
Overall, the St. Louis native has collected 85 points (14 goals, 71 assists) and 187 penalty minutes in 396 career NHL regular-season games.
