ST. LOUIS - Blues goalie Jake Allen practiced Wednesday and said he's available if called upon for Thursday's game against the Vegas Golden Knights.
Allen left Saturday's game against the Chicago Blackhawks late in the second period after a collision in the crease.

"It was a hard play to the net, I just made a save and it was a tough blow to the side of the head," Allen said. "I was really (shaken) up at the time. It was the right decision to take me out, it took a little bit of time to gather myself. But after that, I was OK."

Allen comments on injury, updates his progress

Allen did not practice on Monday, but he did skate with Blues goalie coach David Alexander on Tuesday.
On Wednesday, he joined the team for a full practice at the Ice Zone at St. Louis Outlet Mall, leading the Blues to return Ville Husso back to the San Antonio Rampage.
"I'm feeling good," Allen said. "I'm ready to go. We'll see what happens tomorrow."
