COLUMBUS, OHIO —The Columbus Blue Jackets’ interactive series, “Hockey For Her”, returns for the 26-27 NHL season with three events. Whether you're new to hockey or a lifelong fan, the program provides unique experiences designed to engage and empower women in the hockey community. The schedule for this season kicks off on Nov. 14 followed by Dec. 12 and Feb. 27.
Kicking off on Nov. 14, fans can register for a fun night of needlepoint before the Blue Jackets 7 p.m. game against the Philadelphia Flyers. The class will be hosted by Threaded & Tipsy, providing an activity designed for all skill levels. Participants will leave class with a custom Blue Jackets design or freehand needlepoint art.
Check-in for the event will begin at 4:00 p.m., with the class beginning at 4:30 p.m. Drinks and light appetizers will be provided. Nationwide Arena doors will open at 6:00 p.m. to allow guests to reach their seats before the game begins.
