RAPID REACTION:Chicago's Artem Anisimov sent the game to overtime with his late third-period goal, but Filip Forsberg spoiled the ending for the home team as the visiting Nashville Predators earned the 4-3 victory and the extra point.
Despite leading in shots 7-2 in the first 5:24 of the game, the Blackhawks fell behind early with Colton Sissons getting Nashville on the board at 6:49.

Nashville made it a 3-1 game with a power-play goal from Filip Forsberg at 16:26 of the second period.
The Blackhawks pulled within one when Jonathan Toews deposited a Marcus Kruger pass in the back of the Nashville net with 20 seconds remaining in the second frame. The goal, which made it a 3-2 game heading into the third, was shorthanded. Kruger and Carl Dahlstrom had the assists.
Anisimov sent the patiently waiting sold-out United Center crowd into fits when he tied the game with just 2:21 left on the clock. Anisimov's shot from the slot beat Pekka Rinne to tie the game at 3-3. Kane and Duncan Keith recorded the helpers.
Forsberg drove the net a minute into overtime and scored his second of the night to close out Nashville's victory.
POWER-PLAY AWAKENING:The Blackhawks power play has lit the lamp in four-straight games. They are 4-for-10 in that span.

NSH@CHI: DeBrincat buries Kane's feed for PPG

UNSTOPPABLE:Almost every game of late you can talk about Kane's production. With his assist on DeBrincat's goal, Kane extended his point streak to four games and has two goals and six assists in that span. Gustafsson also continues to rack up helpers and is now riding a seven-game point streak. He has nine assists in this recent run.

IN GOOD COMPANY:DeBrincat's goal gives him 49 for his career. That ties him with Eddie Olczyk for the fourth-most career goals by a Blackhawks player and ninth-most among American-born players within their first two seasons.
TALKING POINTS:
"Just try and find the seam and you know he's going to pass it there. He's going to put it right in my wheelhouse. That's my [job], I've just got to get open and find that seam. He's always looking for me." - Alex DeBrincat on chemistry with Patrick Kane
"Felt like we played well enough to be in a tie and a lot of times in those situations if you don't give them one for free, by being loose or taking too many unnecessary risks before it's too late, then a lot times you do come through. I thought we made enough plays, liked the work ethic and compete level." - Jeremy Colliton on battling back against Nashville
WHAT'S NEXT:The Blackhawks host the Vegas Golden Knights at 7:30 p.m. CT. The game can be seen on WGN or heard on WGN 720.
