For the second time in the tournament, the Seattle Thunderbirds suffered another loss to the Quebec Remparts. The 2023 WHL Champions failed to find the back of the net in the 5-0 loss in the Memorial Cup Final.

With 3:20 left in the match, Kevin Korchinski looked to put the Thunderbirds on the board with a goal but didn't cross the goal line to keep the score at 4-0. The 2022 first round draft pick produced three assists and nine shots on goal in five games of the tournament and finished as plus-three.

Colton Dach suffered two penalties in the first period and went 8-for-15 on faceoff wins. Throughout the five contests, the Blackhawks prospect scored two goals with one game winner and had 40 percent of faceoff wins.

Nolan Allan finished the tournament with two goals, the most by any of the Thunderbirds' blueliners, and four penalty minutes. He also ranked second in points behind fellow Blackhawks prospect Kevin Korchinski (3 points).

With the Seattle Thunderbirds season over, the three Blackhawks prospects and their teammates ended the regular season as 54-11-1-2 with 111 points for a new franchise record. From there, they claimed the U.S Division title, captured the Western Conference title and raised the WHL's Ed Chynoweth Cup before they finished second in the Memorial Cup tournament.
