Frank Nazar, the 13th overall pick in the 2022 NHL Draft, made his collegiate debut for the University of Michigan earlier than expected on Friday night, after suffering a lower-body injury that required surgery in October.
In his second appearance of his collegiate career, the Michigan native tallied his first NCAA goal at Little Caesars' Arena in Detroit, where the Wolverines took on the Michigan State Spartans for their annual rivalry weekend, to give them a 3-2 lead in the second period.
